The original members of podshow have different contract. They are supposed to go find show to bring to podshow. (talent scouts)

They already use your likeness and your show for their own use.:
Website and Sirius are their for their talent, and they are putting you on both

Unfortunatly you would have to take them to SMALL CLAIMS court, because there is no money in the contract. But yu could then get to Meet AC.

They want you to acknowledge that "large investment" so if they attack you legally, they can talk about "large damages".

Like Chemda said it's sort of akin to an employment contract in its restrictiveness as much as a transfer of assets for uncertain reward, they can't lose and your possibility of 'winning' is based on downloads per month, as as you get profile you will get called up under that nasty making yourself available for Podshow promos (that may get expensed -- or may not) clause.

The risk is not equally shared, it seems you reward them with your brand and your shows upfront, that is, everything you have to offer, then they may give you some money on a monthly basis depending on how the pimping goes. As I understood it from the reading you can't even escape after a year unless they allow it, should you want to start over.

And if they collect advertising revenue should not a portion of said revenue belong to KATG, if KATG's show's links, which appear without KATG's express permission, are used?

its still free, there are no disclaimers limiting or outlining its free use.

ive often thought about asking them to add a litlle disclaimer saying it cant be linked or anything like that, but then i thought, KATG are getting all the benefits of being on podshow(being listed on the homepage, is there really anyother benefit? isnt that the only 'substantial investment'?) while keeping all rights and content. they get free exposure at the top of the list, i think its funny and a great and sincere fuck you to AC, who allegedes to not know who they are, then procedes to talk in great detail about them.

Seeing as KatG haven't put up a creative commons license, anyone can take their shit and do what they like with it. Also, if I say your name on my webpage and I make money off of my page, you can't expect money. That's retarded. If anything, having a podcastalley.com link on the podshow homepage only helps KatG get listeners.

Nobody needs money when they can do great art. Art is what keeps us humans alive - what would we be without music, podcasts etc......

NAAAAA Fuck it adam is a fucking leach. Him searching for talent has to be a fucking joke. His podcast fucking sucks. I've heard about 5 of them and in all those five he have said things that aren't correct, well i don't think he knos any better, but then he shouldn't do a fucking podcast.
In one of his shows he said that if people weren't going to listen to his podcast they should download it, because it costed him to much in bandwith.
(So i started downloading his show 2 times aday - i stoped now.)
But who is that messege for anyway - the people that aren't listening.

Well just the fact that he has worked for MTV and are now doing this podcast shit thing proves that he is a fucking leach, that tries to live of other peoples stuff.

I would galdly pay a $100 to slap his face

i am just venturing a guess here.
its sort of like if i linked and provided a synopsis of a Disney movie on my website. I think I would need to get their permission. not sure though still interesting to investigate.
