I hate Adam Curry with all my heart.
He went after Nate and Di and offered them a contract. He got bashed by Nate and Di on their show for how little money he offers. A few weeks later he asked them to reconsider, and NaD, of course, said no.

I don't think the word was "indicated." It was probably supposed to be "intimated," which means to "make known subtly and indirectly; hint." Thieived that from dictionary.com, btw.

As for torrents, I couldn't agree more. I don't download movies or music, but I figure TV shows that can be viewed over the air for free are fair game. Yeah, I know - commercials are stripped out - but if that's the argument DVRs might as well be banned too. Blasphemy.
