Did anyone see Rance Prebus' speach where he told to protesters to "calm down"? You know how when you are in a long term relationship and they are real mad and yelling and you say "just settle down" and that usually just chills out the whole situation? I can't think of anything that would be more effective!

i make a conscious effort to come at things with a hug-it-out point of view, otherwise i'd have no friends left, but i am unable to stomach the gall of that call to action in this moment. it's asking people to accept a betrayal with a smile and dole out emotional labor to assuage the guilt that comes behind the cries of "NOT ME, NOT ME." i'm at a loss as to how to respond, particularly as a white person.

I honestly think there is something to Keith's child sex robots thing. Clearly child porn isn't enough for them, so realistic kid robots could work. I have a lot of sympathy for pedophiles (the ones who don't touch kids). You're born with a fucked up brain, there's nothing you can do about it and no one to turn to. I imagine a lot of them kill themselves without anyone else even knowing they were attracted to kids.

Maybe it doesn't even need to be robots, maybe Oculus VR can make a Child Sex Simulator 2017? Every year molestation cases go down because the graphics keep getting better and better.
