Such a fun episode. I really really love Ray lol but I'm convinced he must be leaving something out that happened with this bartender. I know some people are dicks but there must be something that happened that he isn't thinking of or didn't feel like mentioning.

Agreed. You can often hear Ray editing himself as he talks.

My Ray theory:

Good guy Ray can be friends with almost everybody. The bartender wishes he could be so easygoing but he can't, and he deals with this weirdly by holding it against Ray. Particularly if one of those guys who gets along so well with Ray is his boss.

Ray is the most affable guy I've ever met (we met in OKC). This bartender is mentally ill and won't be working there much longer. Punching crazy doesn't teach any lessons. Disengaging was the correct move.

KaTG is such a fantastic show, and this was another awesome episode.

I bet the bartender either has a crush on or is friends with the 24 year old neighbor girl that Ray turned down on the couch and pissed off. So then, she probably went and bad mouthed about Ray to the bartender and now the bartender thinks Ray is an asshole.
