I mean society wise, how those personality traits in men are held as THE standard of "manhood". There is MUCH room to grow in regards to what we teach young men. The onus CANNOT be exclusively on women, men shouldn't only "be told not to rape". It's Obviously NOT ENOUGH.

Everything you do/avoid/learn is influencing what happens? So I don't understand where you make that distinction at all?

Being taught not getting blackout drunk = less likely to get asked 'but did she drink'

Being taught not to invite people into your home 'too fast' (which according to Yamaneika is 1 year) = 'did you invite him in? You should have known better?

So every time I hear you say 'girls should habe been told' I hear 'girls should not have done that'

I might be a weirdo
Maybe? I've not written, "girls should have been told." Not once. That is victim-blaming.

I'm writing, "girls should be told BEFORE any assault happens what they can do to mitigate risk." That's NOT victim-blaming BECAUSE THERE IS NO VICTIM and, hopefully, never will be one.

Clear enough?
