My first job was at a movie theater. I graduated from concession to usher, and one of the first times I found money on the ground, I turned it in to the managers office, but not before casually telling one of the seasoned ushers. The manager informed me that if in a few days no one claimed it,I would get it. My fellow usher, called a friend, told them the specific amount ($126) and had him claim it like it was his. When I bitched him out about it, he handed me a $20 and called me a sucker.

dumb question, if you buy a metro card with a credit card, isn't it then able to be linked to whoever purchased it. i know MTA doesn't have it's shit together enough to do this for wallet theft, but theoretically, someone could use a stolen metro card as evidence.

i just learned a lot about metro cards when contesting a fair evasion ticket i was (eroniously) given. successfully contested the 100 dollar fine!

When I worked at a theater, we were told we could keep whatever cash we found but we had to turn in wallets and cellphones and stuff like that.

Some lucky high schooler got a come-up.

they called the backpack thing flip mode in my school. They'd be staring at the guy just waiting for him to realize what had been done so they could scream FLIP MODE! Gave everyone a laugh. I'd hardly call it bullying :)

The only times thing would get "gay" in my high school was the locker room, which I guess is pretty cliche. My very small, 90% black, school in brooklyn didn't really have the carefree attitude with their budding sexuality to have entire grades playing grab dick at the lunch table. There was really one guy who start things off in the locker room, this kid Marcus who was actually kind of a slut so one would assume he'd be the last one who needed to release pent of sexual tension by groping other guys dicks. But he'd start "acting gay" and complimenting other guys in the locker room on their pecs or bulge and grabbing at them until the guy hit him away or else grabbed him back.

One of my older bros who was in the military said one of the reasons he was glad to leave was all the dudes were always wrestling nearly naked and he didn't like it. WHAT A FUCKING HOMOPHOBE.

in short, boys are fucking animals
