"i was a bully but he was 18 so he could have stopped me, so its his fault" sounds like

"i did something bad but no one stopped me, so its not my fault" sounds like

"i will do bad things and blame others." Nope. Do not like.

Reminds me of that fat Danny mean guy fuck head. whatever his name is. If it were me i'd make a point to avoid this guy at all costs, in personal and profeshional life. thems abusive sociopath words. ayuh.
