I don't know how to use the quote feature

"I had a priest one Sunday give a sermon about the basic tennanets of the faith because he was mad about people coming for communion and leaving early. As he was talking I had a reaction that he was not intending. I kept thinking, "he right, if I don't believe this stuff I shouldn't be here". "

Did you leave right then and there? Because that would have been awesome

It was better than that. After the priest did his fire and brimstone speech he brought up a local doctor who started to say that Medicaid would make him preform abortions if a democrat was elected. That's when I grabbed my family and we walked out, never to return. Everyone was looking as i very audibly said "we're leaving".

I liked Blade Runner. Didn't love it.
Ryam Gossling as an action star has not been a great shift in his career. All he does is quietly and calmly stare when things are intense, where any normal person would be screaming or at least fidgeting. It's cool maybe the first time, since he is a robot, but when you realize robots have all the emotions and reactions as humans in this world, it's boring. Especially when the camera just sits on his face and he does nothing during intense plot dumps.

I liked the visuals and Harrison Ford. I think he did a much better job than that last Star War he was in. I liked the evil fembot who kicked Ryan's ass
I DIDN'T like:
The fact that everyone in the entire city was white except a literal sex bot.
Jared Leto

Great great show. I loved Christi's counterpoint to our beloved atheist hosts, not a perspective we get too often on the show.

I understand Christi's affinity for the religion she was raised in. If you're a person who connects with religious rituals and identity, the way you first experience a higher power can have a big influence in your life. It makes sense that she connects strongly with her church. But I agree with the hosts, there are consequences to aligning yourself with organizations that are morally destructive, powerful forces.

The cool thing about the bible for me is that it reaches back through so many generations of humans. They're stories we've been passing on for thousands of years, even if a lot of them suck. And I think it is more open-ended and metaphoric than Keith was raised to believe.

Disappointed the poll was not: "which is worse, the NFL or the church" but that may have been covered in another poll honestly.

If the church follows everything in its bi-laws, it is evil. If the NFL follows everything in its bi-laws, we're watching football.

The NFL doesn't WANT domestic abuse and rape. The church DOES want the man in charge and gay people disrespected.

I mean bisexual laws. And I don't like the church's bisexual laws.

Also, the period goes in the quotes.
