Hey boo,

I'm here if you need to talk. I suggest reading "Intuitive Eating" by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. They do a good job of breaking down why dieting doesn't work and why gaining the weight back is to be expected. But they also explain a relatively new approach to eating that is showing a lot of promise. I also suggest the podcast "Food Psych". Its hosted by a registered dietitian and focuses on a combination of mental and physical health when it comes to eating and nutrition. I think today's episode may be perfect for you.

Don't let the idiots get you down. You have people in your corner. Don't hesitate to reach out.

I second that. Write me if you want to. You are a valuable human, no matter how heavy.

To Katie who is wondering what to do with her life,

Iím jealous of you in a way because I always had the next step queued up since high school. Sometimes I wished I had taken that year or two off to explore life without worries. You could go work as an English conversationalist in China for a year. The only requirement is that you are a native English speaker because the students donít have contact with native speakers. Or a job at a tropical resort. Take a job as a white water rafting place.

None of these jobs are meant to be more than a year, but you get a great experience to treasure the rest of your life. Youíll come back home afterwards and youíll find that youíve made progress even if you still donít know what you want to do.

❤️❤️❤️

Iím so sorry youíre having a bad time right now.

You can cancel vip forever but, like mermaid said, please donít isolate.

Keithís thoughts (and mine for that matter) about anyoneís circumstance is actually not the decider on what is good and bad in your life.

I hope the hard time passes soon. You have friends here. Stay in touch with us.

Dude I'm totally on Chemda's side wrt to bullying fat people. That momentum joke made me guffaw while waiting for jury duty though. Sometimes fat jokes are funny!

Hugs my dear.
I know this sucks and absolutely do what you think is best for your mental state right now. But in my experience hiding won't work. Some amount of healthy anger at others being idiots can be very liberating.

Some awesome current podcasts came out of VIP trial runs, there is nothing wrong with taking some time off to check these out and then come back after Keith got over his angry streak.
Depending on whether you need angry Misandry with Marcia & Rae or cute Inside the Closet withMatteo & Emma it will absolutely cheer you up. I promise.
