Chemda you have to be very strong when I tell you this now:

We all learned just a few weeks ago that plastic is the devil and will kill you. But now I see in showpics he is storing all these vitamins in plastic bottles and giving them to you in a plastic ziploc bag.
When there are so many stainless steel pill holders available!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think me might be trying to poison you.

I hope you have your Himalayan salt lamp handy to cancel out the bad vibes because I think there is no way we can fit a tin foil hat over your hair.

(seriously though: what Apia said)

Whenever I'm sick I don't take otc shit from a drug store (i used to take that shit to get high, its poison!) but when i'm sick i drink this: the juice of half a lemon, a hunk of ginger, several cloves of crushed garlic, local honey, cayenne, tumeric, and the herbal tea of ones choosing.

Tumeric is an anti inflammatory, combined with black pepper it can help increase your white blood cells!!!!!

Local honey is good for allergies because the bees collect from the pollen around you, so i guess it has or stimulates antigens? as an asthmatic, my inhaler doesn't always work. so i'll take anything i can to help breathe. like eating more raw onioins.

Apia is unfortunately correct tho- everything i've listed is a food or spice; mixing these with certain medications can cause liver damage. You might not want to take too much iron either, you can overdose on that, and vitamin a. my bitch mother ate so many carrots she turned orange because vitamin a is stored in the skin and she has an untreated eating disorder.

also horsetail tea can help regrow organ tissue (its a boosh, not horse, silly) also the more vitamins you take the more fat you'll need to absorb it and water to distribute in your blood stream; make sure your drinking water with each gulp of pietamins, and have a tablespoon or two of olive oil. (also good for your poos..)

Also, damn right, get yourself some pill holders and a himalyan salt lamp. Drink Lemonbalm tea, and maybe find a specialist to look at what your taking to make sure there are no complications. there used to be an apothacary near st marks. But that was when cbgbs was open and the limelight wasn't bullshit. sooooooooo.....

gezondheid, schaatje.

That is an absurd amount of pills. I thought I took a lot for not having any medical issues.

1x Glucosamine
2x Fish Oil
3x Multi Vitamin
3x ZMA

I take a daily A-Z multivitamin/mineral that claims to have depot capabilities because e.g. vitamin C gets flushed out fast so you need a slow regular release.

And that pill includes Biotin because I feel that helps my hair and nails and Glucosamin is definitely a great idea if you have joint issues. Fish Oil - sure, general healthy eating and using garlic and local honey and spices and maybe an extra dose if you feel a cold coming on - totes on board.

But "I have to take gummi vitamins and smoke more weed than I already do because this HUGE bag of pills is making me nauseous" ??????
What is even happening?

Can the “morning, it’s morning!” song be a reward option for weather and wake?

Please be responsible and take a look at it.
Web md:Too much vitamin C or zinc could cause nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. Too much selenium could lead to hair loss, gastrointestinal upset, fatigue, and mild nerve damage.
Chemda,
My concern is that you taking all these pills are having a negative affect to your gastrointestinal microbiome. The thing is HubbyFace is doing a great job but maybe a little overboard. From the little I know of HubbyFace he is going as natural as possible which is great because you need to be able to digest the pietamins where most store bought vitamins are pure chemicals and don't get absorbed. BUT don't take what you don't need. As Apia said taking vitamins or minerals you already have enough of is not good for you.

You could think of these pills you take like spices in the food you cook, a little black pepper and salt can be good and make things better but too much will unbalance the flavors. I mean I wish I had a HubbyFace to help me be healthier but, a little temperance seems to be in order.

Maybe what you need is a gastrointestinal microbiome transplant?! (enjoy looking that up) hehe
