Please be responsible and take a look at it.

Chemda,
My concern is that you taking all these pills are having a negative affect to your gastrointestinal microbiome. The thing is HubbyFace is doing a great job but maybe a little overboard. From the little I know of HubbyFace he is going as natural as possible which is great because you need to be able to digest the pietamins where most store bought vitamins are pure chemicals and don't get absorbed. BUT don't take what you don't need. As Apia said taking vitamins or minerals you already have enough of is not good for you.

You could think of these pills you take like spices in the food you cook, a little black pepper and salt can be good and make things better but too much will unbalance the flavors. I mean I wish I had a HubbyFace to help me be healthier but, a little temperance seems to be in order.

Maybe what you need is a gastrointestinal microbiome transplant?! (enjoy looking that up) hehe

Chemda,
Bla bla bla
Nutritional advice
Bla bla bla

But seriously everyone, there is a course called Nutrition Made Clear from The Great Courses that you can get FREEEEEE if you use it on the Audible app in your first 30 days. It is taught by this super duper awesome well known high up lifetime of nutrition research amaze balls woman who really knows her shit and (I'm vegan and all into eating my spice rack for health n shit) is supportive of "alternative" shit it it makes sense scientifically. I've NEVER understood nutrition in a basic sense (wtf is a protein And why do I gaf?)
I learned SO much SO MUCH listening to this course.

But you don't have to take MY word for it.

This is a very common mistake by people who want to look after their health. If you take too many vitamins, it'll strain your liver and kidneys. If anything, take a multivitamin, maybe something a little extra, and leave it at that, people.

Most multivitamins are not digestible, take a one-a-day and it comes out looking almost the same as it went in. Literally a waste of $.

I have never heard of this. Been taking multi vitamins for who knows how many years. Perhaps quality comes into hand here?

Not nutrition related...

Chema's idea for a mystery movie with four different endings in different theaters was actually done in the 1985 Clue movie... And it's awesome.

This movie seems far to recent to have been seen by Chemda yet so I was very impressed. Chemda should be in the movie business with good ideas like these.
