Chemda's app sounds like a good time.
Cause even if your date sucks, you still had a night out with your friends. And can go do something fun afterwards. The group setting will keep the conversation light and fun. Plus you'll get a more genuine sense of their personality seeing how they interact with their friends. It's also less risky than meeting a stranger alone. |

Being short (so you tall folk don't feel so alone in knowing the world isn't constructed for you):
--Feet swing on every chair, includes all toilets except those awesome little ones made for children. This means no body support or counterweight and makes any length of time sitting a goddamn hellish nightmare. --all cabinet shelves past the lowest one are purely decorative --all electric massage chairs are basically useless unless I enjoy the top of my head being massaged by neck rollers --I look like a little kid sitting on a barstool or all the way back on a couch --I would also look like a tiny child if I were to date a tall man and hold his hand --have to learn to hem pants at birth --must wear shoes that light up when I walk (I actually kinda wish I had some) --every job I've ever had that supplies t-shirts, fuck them with their men's small --for every time a tall person bumps their head, I walk face first into tits and elbows

Since I can't comment yet on the My Opening Line thread, just wanted to say I'm excited to hear more!
I had the same experience first open mic. "Ooh I'm nervous, I should drink more... two minutes in... staring into space...oh shit I think I drank too much..." Drop dem tree epis areddy wouldya? Also, Keith, I demand to hear that ending theme song on each and every episode. Chemda, you should make like 10 harmony tracks and layer them on it too. K thanks |

Chemda's app idea already exists, there was an app called Grouper a few years ago that my friend was trying to get into.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grouper_social_club Went out of business in 2016. |

Guy guy guys-
If you swipe right on *everyone* you find mildly attractive then if they swipe you back it's a match and you don't have to look for them. Yes you may be inundated with messages from women you find you aren't into but it's pretty acceptable to ignore nowadays. (Even if it feels like shit sometimes.) Tinder is a numbers game, you're just upping the statistical chance of meeting someone you *might* like. So swipe right right righhht!! |
