One thing I never see mentioned about arming teachers is the amount of guns kids will possibly have access to. If there’s a million teachers with guns do we really think every last one of those teachers will properly secure their gun? Let’s say .5% doesn’t secure their gun properly, that’s 5,000 guns that a kid could have access to. I don’t see how there wouldn’t be more school shootings or accidents if we allowed teachers to have guns. Also, how many teachers have bad days and could potentially use their gun on a child. We already hear about teachers manhandling kids. What happens if a kid tries to take the gun from a teacher or learn how to get the gun from the secure location?

An English teacher in high school told me "I will kill you" in class for passing my friend notes during her Shakespeare lecture.

I laughed and gave her a "bitch try" face cause she was built like a stereotypical wiry poor postured librarian lady.

I most definitely would have been shot.
