So listening to this episode, Chemda mentions somewhat causally she's been reading about Buddhism, which doesn't mean necessarily anything, BUT...

Hmm... interesting.

In one of the My Name Is Keith episodes, Keith is confronting The Girl for wondering about her own convictions regarding being an atheist.

And now this... so the obvious question Chemda: are you kind a flirting with.. (dare I say) *gasp* religion? No judging.. but hey.. why not come clean, we're all family here, right?

I couldn't even listen to this whole episode. I am such a hypochondriac, I was ready to schedule a colonoscopy as soon as ya'll said colostomy bag. I do love Johnny though and I loved his show with the cartoon barbarian dad.

IBS

I’ve had IBS for twenty four years, not sure the reason, cannot get to the bottom of it. I like the idea of micro-dosing though.

I thought this was a good episode, more honest than funny but it’s nice to hear a personal story ❤️

I've been picking up info in general about how the mind/body work. Why we do the things we do. Not only through Buddism, religion, and cults in general, but also science-based discoveries about how our brains work and why we interact with and react to each other in certain ways.
I also look up how to get rid of fear, how to even know what you're scared about, what can hold you back and what keeps you focused, etc.

The internet is AMAZING!

Just moved to a Buddhist country and while Buddhism in "Buddhist" countries is exactly the same as most mass religions in terms of the clergy, "church" and political influence. But when you ask anyone about what Buddhism is really the answer is always that's it's not a religioun it's just a set of guidelines for living life. Take it or leave it. So Chemda are you taking it or leaving it?

Also loved this episode.
