I don't think you could have handled Brad's letter in a better way. You got to make it an entertaining part of the show, while discouraging these letters from coming in the future, but also giving Brad exactly what he wanted, his letter read, while also giving him sound advice to help stop his douchebaggery in the future.

Rellek and Blobby are wrong - Brad's letter didn't take up too much of the show, it was the highlight of the show.

He must be a real self-obsessed asshole to think that his story was in any way funny or interesting, and then to COMPLAIN when it wasn't used.
