Re Mateo's aftershow, having some episodes where Keith doesn't guess most of the movies can be more fun - especially in Iain Lee's episode. Perhaps in the case of people like Matteo who have basically no movie knowledge, you could pick a genre they're more familiar with. Anyway, my feeling is that random is working so far and using fan suggestions might mess with the formula a little.

I'm from Alabama and about 75% of the people I know from high school have bachelor's degrees or higher. But they had to move away from home to get jobs in their fields. There was like a mass exodus after college graduation.
I dont necessarily see that as a good thing tho. If everyone with an education is forced to move to big cities for work then it's just going to be more of the same. However, I am seeing a change in the tide. Now that we are nearing our late 20s I see a lot of my peers moving back home to settle down (marry, start families etc, close to family) and using their education and experience to open businesses, start movements, campaigns and improve opportunities in our hometown. It's cool seeing the change slowly happening. |
