More food recommendations would be most welcome (staying in East Village, then near Grand Central). We are coming from the SF Bay Area so we get our fill of seafood, California whine country cuisine, and kickass Mexican food. We want to try ALL THE THINGS. Give us culture. Woohoo! Hope you guys have fun in NYC. So jealous.

I think it's the same reason employers like people that were in the military. It doesn't matter what your degree is in, it's just good to know that you were around different people for a good period of time. It makes you smarter. And I believe it can easily affect a state's mentality. You can complain about the way the list was made, but why does the finished list happen to make perfect sense?
As far as I'm concerned the only way to tell if a person is worth while is hearing their answers to a Keith's Dating Questionnaire

Re Mateo's aftershow, having some episodes where Keith doesn't guess most of the movies can be more fun - especially in Iain Lee's episode. Perhaps in the case of people like Matteo who have basically no movie knowledge, you could pick a genre they're more familiar with. Anyway, my feeling is that random is working so far and using fan suggestions might mess with the formula a little.

I'm from Alabama and about 75% of the people I know from high school have bachelor's degrees or higher. But they had to move away from home to get jobs in their fields. There was like a mass exodus after college graduation.

I dont necessarily see that as a good thing tho. If everyone with an education is forced to move to big cities for work then it's just going to be more of the same.

However, I am seeing a change in the tide. Now that we are nearing our late 20s I see a lot of my peers moving back home to settle down (marry, start families etc, close to family) and using their education and experience to open businesses, start movements, campaigns and improve opportunities in our hometown.

It's cool seeing the change slowly happening.
