The Family Guy thing Chemda mentioned occurred to me too. Seth MacFarlane has consistently been making regular kid-fucky jokes for yeeeeeeeeeeears on that show.

The most shocking thing about the whole deal is how ludicrously naive both Gunn and Disney (who knew about the tweets) were. Gunn has been LOUDLY anti-Trump, so unless he's an imbecile he had to have known the Trumpians would come after him, and yet for some reason he decided to leave all that "edgy" ammo lying around the joint while being employed by family-friendly fucking DISNEY of all companies.

I don't think he's a pedo. I think he had/has a terrible sense of humor, and like plenty of people, spat some terrible nonsense into the internet because he felt anonymous and protected.

I wouldn't fire him for that but like Tom said, I hated Guardians 2 so let's fire him for that
