Can you maybe leave a basket of stress balls on the table or something for the guests? It feels so gross to hear an adult being reprimanded and saying "you can't behave" - to me, it seems clear that some guests relax better, especially about opening up, if they have something to distract their brain. In therapy the first thing I do when I get there is grab a stress ball and I don't put it down until I leave.

Ill say it now. Carrie Gravenson is the hottest female guest you've ever had on your show.

If it comes down to getting on a table and kicking cards/chips off - Chemda FTW // Beyond that I'm giving it to Andrea

My God the entrance songs would be legendary. Both women would be ridiculously posturing and oozing confidence. Then as the cage doors closed and the bells rings they'd collapse into a pile of giggles. I'd pay $100 to watch it live.

Separately, I'm disturbed by the attack on Keith. I'm glad you're OK dude. It was interesting to hear the ladies kind of puzzle through the gender situation. I'm not sure how dudes are supposed to react in a situation like that. Even defending yourself is a legal minefield. I think running away was absolutely the correct decision.

In all fairness I think it was just Carrie that wasn’t getting it. “Say goodbye in person but 6 months later but don’t text a breakup but respect them enough to meet in person but...”

No one knows how to break up and anyone who says they do is full of malarkey. It’s been how long since I asked if there’s a way that leaves everyone happy and of course no one had an answer.

“Be direct but be kind but be clear and firm but tell them things you liked...”

There’s no right way.

Notice that wasn’t in our relationship book.

Andrea fought off a coyote and swung a snake over/around her head like a lasso and then threw it against a rock.

It sounded tough, and the only thing you can do is make choices you can be proud of.
