We don’t need Lois. There are other comedians. Let him die in obscurity.

I think Keith goes waaaay harder on Louis. It's funny people always point to Chemda as the trigger man.

Next time you need an example of sexism, patriarchy, etc just point this out.

Firstly, I love Tim Dillon.

Secondly, I felt my body burn up when Tim said that comedians seem to think Chemda has hard opinions about Louis C.K. What a bunch of cowards.

Lastly, I don't agree about being so lax about sexually-transmitted, genital herpes. The stigma around it shouldn't be so negative as we learn more info, but people should still tell you they have it. It's common courtesy when you're intimate with someone and comes across as disingenuous when you're purposely hiding that info. Just because a lot of people carry it and don't show symptoms, doesn't mean it's OK for you to knowingly give it to other people. People you give it to may very well show symptoms, not be able to enjoy their life as much on any given day because of it, have to explain themselves to new partners for both aesthetic and health reasons, possibly have other health issues from it, or even exacerbate a health issue they already had. Your health shouldn't be taken lightly.

edit: Also, I'm not sure what kind of doctors would say it's better not to know. That seems very unprofessional and questionable to me.

Thr problem with people who decry the lack of forgiveness in #metoo is that it usually goes something like this:

Person does something shitty
Victim of shitty thing has additional harm to them outside shitty incident due to career/reputation/etc impact
Rumors of shitty thing trickle out or victim goes public
Person denies shitty thing for long time, further damaging reputation of victim
Public shits all over victim
Compelling evidence of shitty thing comes out
Person gives half ass apology
"WHAT DO YOU WANT DO YOU WANT TO KILL PERSON? DO YOU WANT TO THROW THEM IN JAIL? DO YOU NOT BELIEVE IN REHABILITATION? THEY APOLOGIZED FOR CHRIST'S SAKE."

And even after the half ass apology, fans of shitty person harass the victim.

And the person who did the crime has the most mild of consequences. Like they earned 10 million one year instead of 12. "HIS LIFE HAS BEEN RUINED BY ACCUSATIONS THAT WERE NOT PROVEN IN COURT!"

The one guy who could even conceivably be seen as the innocent victim of false accusations (the podcast guy who's ex accused him of abuse is the only one where its debatable its untrue). He's married to to the heir of the Hearst fortune. He's fucking fine.

Presumably because Chemda has conversations with people in the business outside the show. Whereas Keith...

Why does path to redemption or rehabilitation mean that they should get their exact life back? If a teacher molests a kid and comes out of jail, go be an accountant or something. Sorry you can’t go back to teaching. If you run a giant Ponzi scheme and get back out of jail, go be a comedian, you cannot be a hedge fund manager anymore.
