I can relate to not wanting an ex to poke you on social media, has been a topic of conversation on my podcast. I am the type to not block people but ask them to not "like" my pics or leave any comments... Every few months he still does, and every time I have to remind him it's not cool.

I'm not co-signing his approach, actually told him this is not the best approach for what he ultimately wants, which is his wife back

I do want to hold folks accountable, but I also want to be careful about weponizing large followings against one person.

Some of you might think Henny crying on the phone is him being fake, to me it broke my heart...

People process differently >> was part of what I was telling Henny earlier is that KATG process their stuff on the show...

Not everyone has that way of processing or the platform...

I told him that giving Chemda space on soc media is a wiser approach, regardless of of intentions, it's just not the way to go about tings when a relationship is where their's is at...

I also told him that he shouldn't care what people on these forums say about him, that he should just focus on working on himself...

Won't go into more details about our phone convo beyond ==> I wasn't "easy on him" >> I pushed back where I thought needed, while also hoping to guide him to some more peace of mind...



I also hope Chemda can continue to process her feelings, find peace & heal the wounds that seem to sometimes have salt poured back on them...
