I heard the 16 counts come from the number of times he repeated the story that he was mugged/was receiving death threats to different authorities. Definitely seems like it's coming from a place of "fuck this guy to hell" from the cops.

It scares me that Andrea seems to be taking Keith's justice to a new level. I don't understand how attending a flat earth convention is a crime on par with littering that deserves death.
