I’m ready to make millions as an Instagram influencer. I’m just waiting for the sponsors. I’ve posted a lot of thirst traps (pictures of my dogs) to get the ball rolling, all I need now is millionaire parents and I can start to make some cash.

This is going to be an unpopular opinion but...
I tend to disagree with a punishment that involves banning people from public transportation. It's a lot like the driving laws in the midwest (yes, Keith, I know jerking off in public is different from traffic violations). My point is when you take away people's way to get to work or to therapy or basically live their lives, it can do a lot more harm than good.
Sometimes the punishment doesn't fit the crime...SLIPPERY SLOPE ALERT.

I think you should be able to relearn your public transit rights, similar to how you can relearn your drivers license after having it taken away due to repeated DUIs.

How about a finger gets chopped off everytime you’re caught wanking in and on public transport. It incentivises the person not to continue because it would be hard to have a wank with just the palms of the hand left..

(I’ve sickened myself with that suggestion)
