That's a great idea! I think it'll actually coincide well with the things Chemda's suggested about gratitude, which I've been trying to incorporate into my day-to-day life.

Thanks Venatore, I've said I am one, more in the last week and half or so then in my whole life prior. Between that, and stress at work. I am struggling right now. Think i need find a dr again. Part of my issue is.. think of life is three parts (work, home, friends). Once one moves to good area, somethings happens in one of the others and stresses me out. Last two talking dr. after year or so would be laidoff work. Stalling and thus ending the meetings. I have had your thoughts, what could have been, i will regret, i'm not worth it. I also used to cling to the statements, when it happens it happens, and when the right person comes along i'll know. Right now... as i'm currently keeping a panic attack at bay. All feel useless, and i'm happy no one can see the struggle. Oh, I'm on med's and taking them. Wondering if on right ones and fear the change... as last time was not smooth. Ok, gotta step away, getting too much again. Good Luck
