Most of my high school teachers were great. Mrs Davis allowed Grant Jones to flagrantly bully me in Social Studies, but then her husband died in a helicopter crash, and the substitute was better in that regard. Grant appears to be in prison for Meth dealing, so it's pretty much all good memories.

Most of my teachers were coaches. We’d read the material along with them as it was also their first time seeing it. Then on their down time they’d impregnate the cheerleaders. The only decent teacher was a Vietnam vet who’d throw staplers at us for wrong answers. Yay for rural school districts.

I went to that school system from 1st to 12th grade and when I graduated out of 80 people they got my name wrong.

Our HS principal got a DUI his first year as a principal. Got to keep his job. He was also one to park in the fire lane and/or handicap parking spots to run into the grocery store. Great guy.

We had 4 teachers (2 women, 2 men) that were in inappropriate relationships with students. I know 2 were definitely having sex with the students.

Oklahoma has some of the finest shit schools in the US.

Including summer schools, I went to 5 high schools in the same city. I have maybe 1 teacher I remember fondly.
