86 is my new favorite. Any chance of making it available for download? Maybe a YouTube video for fans to share..?
B. Jason/ PanicBoy - you’re like the Weird Al of The KATG fan base. If Al had stellar No Cat/ Father Malley references. Super funny. A+++ |

Love the song.
Love Keith's new album. Was excited to see that it was available to listen to this morning, and I'm about halfway through. Is it weird that I'm proud? As for eating, my habits are similar to Keith's. I save the snacks (like chips) for later if I don't feel like eating them in that moment. As well, my siblings and I didn't have much dessert growing up. We only eat dessert after dinner and we indulge more for special occasions and after we have a fun outing together. |

“Base layer.”
So when a plate of Brussel sprouts and a plate of cheese cake is set in front of you, you just automatically start with the sprouts?! Huh??? Whaaaaat. GTFO. Here’s what I wanna know. Is this a personal preference. Or is this the result of good parent nagging, “Start with meal, end with dessert?” I just find it hard to believe my fellow grown adult males/ like todays guests/ who are into comic book movies/ are eating properly. We know our own. Lotta black t shirts - is what I’m saying. |

Damn. I just realized I should have looked at the guests pics before I made a ‘Black is slimming’ post.
Ok. So how does one obtain the ‘Base Layer’ diet? Is it like Keto? Cuz it sounds complicated. |

It started with parents and now it's a personal preference. Not saying this is good or bad, but it's a type of discipline. I will purposely not get the dessert out until I have finished with the rest of my food. Otherwise the meal doesn't feel complete. Also, eating something sweet first ruins my appetite and I don't feel like having any other kind of food. So it's just better for my diet to have the "healthier" food first. |

i like everything at once; a bite of this, a bite of that. for sure the progression of a meal is something tried and true, i just like it over and over and over again until there’s none left.
