I mean don't take medical advice from a rando on a podcast forum, but ibs is a diagnosis of exclusion. If it's not chrons, UC, another inflammatory bowel disease, lactose intolerance, celiac, or cancer, yeah it might be ibs. I'd recommend speaking to a GI if it worries you, they can at least rule some stuff out.

I voted yes only because I can and have taken a shit in public restrooms before. Took it quite literally, either you shit in public toilets or you don’t, ever, full stop.
