Enjoyed his stories.

It all seemed familiar to me, like we've heard other (primarily male) comics speak about similar issues. Particularly the part about not being emotionally intelligent or open. But kudos to Ronnie for speaking to a therapist.

Ronnie doesn't look a thing like Dean Winters in that pic but i slid over to the youtube page and was persuaded.

Sidenote:
Father FuckUp using the phrase "The pits" in his nonsense email about that video he found was so startling. I never expected him to use such a non-robotic, human colloquialism. I guess it's a Sommerset thing cuz I'm pretty sure Keith has said that before.

Haha! I’m a girl and would love to be dating in NY. I’ll bet it’s more interesting than standard fare dudes around here.

If you mean the bar being low for women, I think we forgive a lot as a sex in general. It’s not much different in Podunk. And yet, despite that, there’re still many men who aren’t lucky, so maybe our generosity comes with certain stipulations after all.

Chemda's thing where she describes dudes watching sports as "Oh, so you got together and sat next to each other facing forward" cracks me up every time for how true it is and how delightfully she frames it but it wasn't until Colby's feedback about how therapists are trained not to sit facing dude clients that I realized how much deeper it goes.

Only last weekend I had a heart to heart with one of my best mates who's going through heavy family stuff, a dude I've known for 30 years, and OF COURSE we weren't sat at the dining table facing each other, we were sitting on his front step side by side!
