This whole episode made me feel like my skin was crawling. Just very uncomfortable.
My ex was bipolar and undiagnosed, toward the end of our relationship it was a lot of this manic energy. It’s tough when they are smart and being super productive, it just seems they’re being a little amped up version of themself unfortunately. I was really concerned for JFOD listening to this episode.
I’m glad to hear Andrea was able to get him help. It’s so scary.
Also it’s really good that he has systems in place for friends to check in and call his doctor. It seems like his doctor is an amazing resource and he’s lucky to have them.

Just listened to it, my goodness, she is a gem and it was rough, but she has/had a terrific attitude and she really understood his torment.

He’s getting the help he needs and Andrea is one hell of a friend and person.

I would loved to have seen Andrea star fishing on top of JFOD and fisting him. (How many people will listen to it now).

Absolutely. And also it’s a very big responsibility for her.
On the other hand, this might be the only possible working system protecting him.
