Because the court set an unfair bail on him does not mean he is guilty of anything. It is more indicative of the fact that he lives out of state (even though it is just on the other side of the border) and that he had to be extradited into the state for this case. Typically indicates a flight risk though I think that is undue in this case. He crossed the border to help secure the car dealership that he worked at not a flown in instigator.

As for the "he has to take every REASONABLE option to leave an escalating force encounter"...does running away (while flaming debris is thrown at you and shots are fired behind you) until you are cornered between vehicles or running away until you are swung on, fall, and hit/clubbed by a mod not qualify?

Really downplaying that whole border thing. Did you know that different states have different laws? And Mexico is just across the border from Texas. Also there’s insurance so it’s beyond me why he would go and defend a car dealership.
