Are you American?
It's not just Florida - you can shoot people in most of your states just because you 'feel' like you are in danger because your nations laws are crazypants

Bullshit, never happened. This fantasy that someone threw a Molotov cocktail is disproved by the fact that there was no fire in that location in the aftermath.
I can’t see anyone going with a weapon to a protest that isn’t even in one’s town as an innocent, cool guy.

This is very silly. Burden of proof is on the victim to show there was an imminent threat.

Florida Statutes (Fla. Stat.)

Title XLVI. Crimes.

Chapter 776: JUSTIFIABLE USE OF FORCE
"A person is presumed to have held a reasonable fear of imminent peril of death or great bodily harm to himself or herself "

If he didn't want trouble why did he open carry = if she didn't want trouble why did she wear a skirt

How many mass skirtings have there been?
How can you equate brandishing a weapon with miniskirts? It’s a non sequitur. People open carry specifically to intimidate.

13% of all students experience rape or sexual assault through physical force, violence, or incapacitation (among all graduate and undergraduate students) according to Association of American Universities.

Is it the girls and their skirts fault or does fault fall on the attacker?

Again one is a weapon and one is clothing. You can’t bring an AR15 into a courtroom nor can you wear a miniskirt for very different reasons. Think about those reasons and then think about how wrong equating bringing a weapon to a protest versus being raped is. Jesus Christ this isn’t difficult.

False equivalency...can't open carry in a courtroom in USA because it's a law.

It's not the victims fault whether they are targeted for putting out a fire that was being weaponized against civil servants or if they are wearing a skirt.

Bringing a weapon to a courtroom is against the law. Why is that?

I can't speak to others intent. Assume its due to the House and Senate passing a bill into law.
