He's not MY critic, he's A critic. Trust me, I am nowhere near that fancy.

I am not quite sure about his opinion on veal. I do know that his wife used to eat kosher before they got together. I guess being a culinary critic, keeping kosher would be sorta difficult. He eats a lot of fancy stuff....

If you want to get gross, my husband has great stories about his trip to asia. Ick. I was a vegetarian for 8 years and vegan for a year. I don't know if I could try and choke down anything that was staring at me.

And veal make me sad.....
