And. Its different with car sales. Your goal is one big sale and not a good relationship with the customer. You will likely only see thim once because they buy a car only every few years not like with food become a regular in a restaurant.
So its score big and don't care.

In my field the wife of the physician often works with him. A too big cleavage gets you as a sales person often on the no no list.
So it wouldn't help me at all.

A flock of geese in my front yard would 100% be a selling point for me. I’d buy that house.

The house market in my city is so demand driven, you could have a house literally made of birds and it would still sell immediately.
