i was watching Law and Order: Organized Crime with the captions on. the character’s name was Penda.

to be fair, when Penda was shot in the face and torso by the Italians doing a revenge drive by, her girlfriend’s scream did sound a little like Chemda. but later they say it very clear, multiple times.
