Reiki is classic placebo stuff. It might be the most transparent of quack practices that currently exist. If it did work it would have passed this rather brilliant study with flying colors.

Placebo is a pretty strong force btw.
Its a really interesting subject.
What is working exactly? Same with nocebo.
Its when you think that something is bad for you and feel bad.
