Thanks, Nord. I appreciate the link. However, I am not going to read that article. American Therapeutics Journal has a low Impact score. What that means is that articles in this journal are rarely cited. That tells me this is junk science and a waste of my time.

I understand your reticence (see caveat below). That link is a meta-analysis, if you'd like to go to any of the primary clinical studies there are many to choose from journals with ranges of citations. There are tables that show funding sources, publication bias etc. to help you choose. I just chose this meta-analysis due to it's simplicity but would like to re-iterate a point that has been slightly obscured in the past few years as science has moved to "the science"; A lesser cited journal or an idea that is not "consensus" of the ordained people doesn't make the data or idea invalid in and of itself {innumerable historical precedence here and general scientific method/theory hold as such}.

P.S. This has no value to me given the immediately above statement but some may find it interesting; the linked study currently has 86,949 "citations".

Caveat: Still very open to being wrong on this but given some of the, let's just call it, odd choices of the repurpose study funding covenants in the US have left many looking increasingly at foreign data and studies. A skeptical eye is as always an ever-present requirement and I applaud you, Paige.

I should have known better to think someone on this forum could hear a different opinion from theirs and be treated with respect and given a compliment and not turn nasty. More of the same - I don't like new information from what I've been told to think, I better not read anything or think critically, I should just be rude and call names. No wonder the mental health companies do so well with this podcast with listeners like this.
