Oh I did hear about their Oprah interview, I am passionate about mental health so the circles I run in had some buzz about Meagan’s mental health suffering due to British tabloids and royal family treatment, and them choosing to leave. KATG likely discussed it too. I think the fact we still have monarchies and uphold these various traditions seems so old fashioned and kind of ridiculous and oppressive. It’s why I like the Crown when it’s a glimpse at distant history more than I like it as it draws closer. I feel like it should all be left behind in a bygone era.

Imagine her with less awful hair.
Hair that does move. Why.

i waffle between curiosity and doing better by William and Harry. this last upcoming season of the Crown’s era is their defining childhood trauma.

i would really like to see portrayed Diana leaving and living her own life before her accident; happy and free. it was short-lived and bikini clad. eff yes, bisch. rumors were that she was pregnant with her lover’s baby. Britney’s taking a similar trajectory.

Britney is older now than Diana was when she died.
Somehow it's hard to believe for me.

The whole trial was broadcast. Just watching opening or closing statements would have probably been enough to understand the facts of the case. Which information specifically would you like me to enumerate?

the one where you say if what he did was coolio and if you believe it will or will not embolden other angry, young white men to go vigilante on the general public, Socrates.

I don't pretend to be an expert on how The Law works in Murica, but I have a pal (who, like me, is pretty dang Left) who's been a lawyer in California for over two decades and his summation of the Rittenhouse thing was basically: "Much like what happened with the George Zimmerman case, the defendant is so loathsome that huge percentages of the public lose sight of the fact that even evil, racist people are allowed to defend themselves from being beaten to death/near-death."

The ditching of the firearms charge on that goofy technicality was head shakey AF though.

I got freaked out the same way when I watched Jaws a few months ago (like all the best people I watch The Greatest Movie Of All Time at least once a year) and realized Robert Shaw was younger than me when he played Quint.
