Thats of course true, but still it’s annoying. I’m in house arrest for a week now, and need a negative test to participate in outside live again. But it’s good to know at least it can’t ruin me financially.
Do we have 5 free test stations here? Yes. Can I walk to one? Yes. Do I have 30 Covid Tests in my basement I got from work? Yes. We are living in a rich suburban city, I a former poor immigrant have made it.

Im also glad we imported my parents to our city 5 years ago, Mr Apia does also have it, but my Covid free parents volunteer to go buy groceries for us and bring them to the door.
Yes we have a delivery service in our city. ( we are not in Spain, haha) But it’s only free delivery when you buy stuff over 100 Euros, and my parents are willing to bring us what we want.

btw out of Covid boredom I checked the real estate prices in my city and in NY city and we are getting there. It’s not far from it when it comes to buying.

I’m still listening but I wanted to post this about the sanctions against Russia.. Someone more literate with the financial markets explained the it like this to me…

“The seizure of central bank deposits announced yesterday is an economic nuclear bomb. People don’t get how significant it is. Russia will revert to a barter economy within days.

Every Russian is now bankrupt. Immediately. The state can’t prop them up. What happens next is anyones guess. They could be using cigarettes as currency any day now.

We’ll find out if an army will still fight if they’re not being paid.”

I’m really hoping they’re right about how serious the actions are.
