The secret for ne:

When the thing you want to do is under 2 minutes do it immediately
Is it longer, at least start it immediately. Your open up the task, that it will get done just got more realistic.
When this is not possible, write it in your calender with " xy should be done by this day"
And block a time span to do it. Be realistic.

I had to vote "Yes" on the poll because I still play Overwatch (yay Lucy Pohl!), but the trick is to silence all incoming mic audio or on individual players. The audio settings are different on different games, but you can usually find it in the options menu. After listening to little kids screaming slurs while playing Halo and Star Wars Battlefront 2 back in the day I realized there's rarely a situation where teammates are communicating in any useful/strategic way. If you move up the ranks in a game like Overwatch you'll start to hear useful chatter, but personally I don't take these games seriously enough to bother with that.

For Chemda closure's sake, I did not feel my kidney stone come out. It hurt so badly when it was in the kidney, I expected to black out when it made its way out, but I guess it was too small. I caught it in a strainer and brought it in to get analyzed and the lab lost it and thank goodness because now I don't have to change my diet at all. The end!
