Interesting that location isn't that important to Keith, which is admirable.

When I lived in the Caribbean from 1999 to 2007, I had all sorts of people coming to visit, so it seemed by location I was deemed 5 out of 5, in terms of hosting. Now, perhaps not so much.

I think that I would enjoy hosting an American guest a lot. To show them Europe and the
Way we live our lives would be fun, I think. I live in a very pretty and central area.

Thank you.

You also will notice that just because I have a candy bowl for people doesn't mean I'll eat your candy, never mind the pastries getting hard and you subconsciously hating me as if I didn't even have the decency to throw them away behind your back.

But, again; thank you.

I did say fresh pastry. and I said no snacks because you don't seem like a big snacker. So maybe a nice pastry might be enticing. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if you didn't eat them.
You wont eat chips if you don't have a sandwich so that didn't seem like something you would like. I'd happily have whatever snacks you might request. I would have cold Gatorade that's not watered down. I do have an oven with a build in Air Fryer, so if you wanted snacks like that it's totally an option.

Ok.
They seem mostly cool with less guns and they use sane measurements like kilometers.

Ok great. Now I will say that Canadians and the metric system is selective. Their was a joke flow chart floating around the internet called "How to Measure Things like a Canadian", and it is astonishingly accurate:

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. But I bet it's the influence of your neighbor ( USA, USA! ) who measures stuff in feet, stones and probably wooden buckets like ist 816 A.D.
