No. I've done many CPR courses and was a TCCC instructor for years and I've never once heard or said "they are already dead". I've heard and said the exact inverse that we need to do anything we can to "keep them alive" including break ribs etc. It is a totally different mindset. Where you getting your CPR/First aid from lady?
