I was purely speculating here before just based on statistical probability but winner winner chicken dinner. Her text messages reaching out for help saying she was committing suicide give us the motive. She was also under psychiatric care, bought and stored at her parents house 7 firearms in 3 weeks. Transitioned sexes after her girlfriend died. HUGE CRYS FOR HELP AND RED FLAGS over and over again for weeks/months that were completely ignored by her mother (fatherless family). This is the best place to stop these publicly harming suicides...at the individual level when they are begging for help from their family.

A point I thought interesting from the recent TX shooting in Allen. The man stated that his mental health was so bad that he saw no way out of his illness...so he committed the public suicide trying to hurt people around him to get his name and message covered in the news like he keeps seeing.

Myths:
He was a right wing white nationalist. FALSE - he was a mentally ill latin person who was trying to talk himself out of a race he hated. Self hating of your race, while currently we are acting like its the new cool disphoria we should all support, is a MAJOR indicator (as is the other disphorias) of really serious psychopathies...thus the correlations with violence/suicides etc. He identified with Nazism which is socialism by definition (left) and race hatred. No inidication as of yet of nationalist tendencies especially since he was Mexican not USA born. So left wing race dismophic mexican mentally ill man is the accurate description.

He used a legally purchased gun. FALSE - he was discharged from his army application for a few reasons the clearest expressed in his record was mentally ill. It is illegal for non-honorably discharged persons to purchase or own firearms. He was known and treating SEVERE mental illness for many years which it is illegal to buy or own firearms during.

There was no indicator. FALSE - he had been posting for weeks his plans with videos of the shopping mall, scary mask threats, psychopathic bablings about murdering, google maps images of his target, dates, stopped his meds, online threats, etc. He was well known to authorities.

The response bill in TX would have prevented this - FALSE. The bill pushes the age for TX citizens to get access to > .22 caliber rifles with detachable magazines to 21 years old. The shooter was 33 who gained access to the weapon illegally. I haven't seen a confirming report on this yet but early info indicates he got it from Mexico.

Allen, TX is a war zone. FALSE - this is an extremely safe economically booming suburb. It is predominantly white and asian and has extremely low crime while having an estimated 3.3 guns owned per resident. Most of the non-marital violent crime in this county as a whole is spill over events from Dallas/For Worth metro.
