Whose fault was it? Who is paying for the replacements?
I would have thought there is a show's worth of material there, instead there was just a rather sheepish apology. Perhaps after the weekend.

I listened to NLO a few weeks back (sorry I won't let it happen again) where they were on about a batch of faulty t-shirts.

The guy was saying, as if he was doing everyone a favour, that if you send him a picture of a t-shirt you bought with the fault, he would send out a new one for just $10. Cheeky fecker...

If I bought faulty merchandise I'd fully expect a replacement FOC, I think that's what they were getting at when they said they had the names and addresses.

Also, I don't care if they do think we're dumb for using the forums. What else am I going to do to get out of talking to the wife?
