Okay, back to this letter. I am happy to do it, but I lack inspiration. What have other people written?

Random crap about Keith & the Girl being the best thing on the earth and that they need to interview them for their wonderful publication!

this is directly from the Samsung/Sprint manual-

Body-Worn OperationTo maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines, if you wear a handset on your body, use the Sprint supplied or approved carrying case, holster or other body-worn accessory. If you do not use a body-worn accessory, ensure that the antenna is at least 7/16 inch (1.5 centimeters) from your body when transmitting. Use of non-Sprint approved accessories may violate FCC RF exposure guidelines.
For more information about RF exposure, visit the FCC Website at www.fcc.gov.

The point really is, if you end up manipulating that one cell in your gamete pool you may have adverse side effects on the bady (refer to Blinkie the fish). It really is better to be safe than sorry in this case. Ask any radiologist if they would vouch for putting any equipment like a phone or a laptop by your testes or ovaries for extended periods of time. We don't like getting sued by the way so good luck.

Inconclusively,

Loops

In other words, we can't vouch for anyone else's holster so if you want to "maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure guidelines" use ours. What's so special about theirs? Unless it's shielded - Nada.

Translation: don't rest the antenna against your head. Sensible enough. Interesting, though. Are they or the FCC stating that you should not put your cellphone in your pocket? Loops or anyone know? That's how I read it.

Agreed. As I've told my wife many times, litigation drives extreme caution, hence the myriad rules enacted by many work-places.

On another thread we briefly talked about rooftop access to buildings. Ask a lawyer or risk manager if you should allow public access to a rooftop and invariably you'll be told "No." regardless of what odds there may be of an actual incident.

The breakdown about the water intoxication incident was pretty funny. "Stupid intelligent!"

The shit with Andy Rooney was ridiculous, especially the listing of the birds. Great episode and the stand-up clip at the end was absolutely hilarious.
