WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO
ANY UNUSUAL SYMPTOMS OR REACTIONS TO MEDS. ETC.
DATE YOU START MEDICATION/DATE ENDED

BE SURE TO DATE EVERY ENTRY. THEY WILL ASK YOU HOW MANY DAYS AGO SUCH AND SUCH HAPPENED...

I second this. You've got to be proactive. When I was going through chemo/rad I followed a similiar routine, called the doctor out on a few things right away, and gained everyone's respect and IMO got better care for it.

Idiocracy

For sure....

I was walking into a Wal-mart the other day. I should say trying to walk in because on older lady was on the other side of the doors pushing like a mother fucker to get out. Eventually, she gave up and went around to the exit doors. This happened about 10 minutes after I finished watching the movie.

Stay alert people! 500 years maybe a tad optimistic.
