My mom worked with a few friends as a cleaning lady. Easiest job in the world.
She said, the people who can afford to hire one, have the cleanest houses. They clean before you get there and they usually leave the house when you show up. |

A great great great... Granfather was an outlaw. When he was running from the law he changed his last name from G...... to G........ The original is way to common, I like the new one. |

Great show! I found myself wanting to call you and tell you the many stories I have from being a nanny to 4 different families over 3 years.
The first family I worked for was a husband and wife with a brand new baby. They were originally from NYC but had moved to rural Maryland because they could build their dream house for less. Originally they told me I would only have to be the nanny and watch the baby. They said they had a cleaning lady. When I got out there, they said they fired the cleaning lady because they thought I would have a lot of down time when the baby napped. Except the dad would come home when the baby was napping and wake her up to play because he hadn't seen her all day. I only lasted at that job for a month and a half because the dad was seriously insane. |
