I've been to the Wisconsin one. If they had balls there, I must've missed them. (Darn?)

No state fairs for me... Tractor pulls just aren't my thing.

My hometown yearly festival is called Butterfest. All of the "Miss Sparta" finalists get to have a cow milking contest. Good times.

And of course you have the Dairy Princess thing...but that's in Pennsylvania, too. That should be coming around again in Somerset, huh?

CandleGirl, you're up near Sparta?

Ha, that explains it.

Its the exact same thing as hemi-sync then.

I-Doser describes it as "safe ways of syncronizing brainwaves" and "binaural brainwave technology." Hemi-Sync is "a trademark for a process developed at the Monroe Institute, used to create audio patterns containing binaural beats, which are commercialized in the form of audio CDs.

The purpose of the binaural beats is to synchronize the brain waves of both hemispheres of the brain so as to help achieve certain meditative states."

I didn't realize that Sparta was that close to La Crosse. We'll be in West Salem next weekend for a family event, I assume that is fairly close to both.

Yeah, it's 30 miles from La Crosse to Sparta. West Salem is about half way between.
