I don't know that suicide can fall under the "I wouldn't wish that on anyone" category. Because in effect, you're not wishing it on a person who wished it on himself. It's not a tragedy that the person kills himself. Maybe it's a tragedy that he came to be in the circumstances which led to him killing himself, but that's definitely not the case here as these were largely self-imposed circumstances.

Suicide is the most selfish thing a person can do, trust me. And even if Nick didn't really kill himself, this whole situation show that he is in a bad state of mind to think, or even to lie about it. If all of this is just for attention, that boy (boy because no man would do this) is seriously fucked up.
