How the HECK do you "trademark" words that were already in existence?? She didn't make up the words... I'm sick of seeing/hearing about her. And Britney. And Lindsay.

It's the phrase that's trademarked, not the words.

I guess I see your point. It's just those 2 words - That's hot - (or 3 w/o the contraction) It just seems silly.
