My brother, a lifelong pious and rabid Christian, who at the time of his conviction was employed at a prestigious Christian grade school as a teaching aid, was convicted for having sex with a 15 year old girl in a grade school parking lot in his car. They met online when he was in his early 30's. Scary thing is, my dad paid his legal bills and $37K later he got off with only 8 months in our piddly little county jail. Had he not hired an expensive attorney he no doubt would have faced at least several years in a state prison and as you prolly know they're none to kind to child touchers there. While I dont know that he was ass raped in jail, I do know there was one incident towards the end of his stay that caused him to be placed into protective custody. I only got part of the story, but I know that he was assaulted in his sleep by 4-5 other inmates.

It's my job to track sex offenders with GPS anklets. I'm working on a spatial behavior analysis program that will sum where Sex offenders with GPS anklets.
Here's one guy for 2 weeks. (With all identifying characteristics gone)

California is doing this with 1980+ Sex offenders. Prop 83 (Jessica's Law) keeps sex offenders from being able to live 2000 feet from parks or places where children congregate.
The problem- 80% of most towns can be considered a 'no live' zone. The law is worded vaguely enough that most cities can declare anything a park.
The potential effect?
Sex offender Thunderdome out in the middle of the desert.

In the databases- some are also Arson registrants.
Now THAT's someone to party with.
