I believe a valid debate strategy taught is to just make shit up to throw off the opposition. As long as your argument sounds eloquent and coherent, and as long as the opposition doesn't ask for supporting evidence, you win.

I wish I had some crazy soup recipe that would help you get better but they never work for anyone but you. I'll just say get better buddy.

Also, if you ever put a guy like that on the show just to talk about his family, I'm done.

About the separate rooms, I hate being not able to sleep in the same room.

When the man is sick, I will sleep in the living room, he needs the bed and the room to sprawl, and it's easier for me to sleep in the living room so I don't disturb him.

About Nicholson wanting to play the Joker....
I recall when Burton was making the 89 film that Adam West got p.o.'d because he was asked to play Bruce Wayne's father, and not Batman himself. What is it with these people that they can't let go of these roles?
I'd like to see a Batman movie where Adam West plays Batman and Nicholson plays the Joker. Both of them with walkers, and having to stop mid fight-scene to pop a nitro pill and take a puff from an inhaler.
Maybe they could prop up the corpse of Burgess Meredith to play the Penguin, and hey...Julie Newmar is only 74. No reason she can't play Catwoman. She couldn't do worse than Halle Berry, right?
